Alicia M. Greer is our Founder and Executive Director. She has a Masters of Accountancy with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Ms. Greer has a desire to give back to the community and inspire children and youth of all ages. She is very excited to be apart of the organization and looks forward to helping the organization succeed.

Danielle W. Redmond is our Program Director. She has over 25 years of classroom teaching. Collectively, Mrs. Redmond has spent the last 20 years teaching and leading grades kindergarten through 8th grade in rural, urban, suburban and international settings. We are very excited to have Mrs. Redmond on our team.
